Day one’s diet plan:


Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets artificial sweetener, 1/2 grapefruit or juice, 1 piece toast with 1 tablespoon peanut butter


150g (5.5oz) tuna, 1 piece toast, Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets artificial sweetener


85g (3oz) any lean meat or chicken, 150g (5.5oz) green beans, 125g (4.5oz)carrots, 1 apple

125g (4.5oz) vanilla ice cream


Undergoing the 3 day diet


Right readers, I have decided I am going to undergo the 3 day diet for my Advanced Online Media Project. The reason I have chosen this one is because due to the short length of the diet I feel it will be achievable for me not to cave and give into cravings, i.e. this will ruin the diet. Secondly in this diet you are actually able to eat food. I would not be able to live of a purely liquid diet. I will document each day by keeping a video diary each day!
