Undergoing the 3 day diet

Right readers, I have decided I am going to undergo the 3 day diet for my Advanced Online Media Project. The reason I have chosen this one is because due to the short length of the diet I feel it will be achievable for me not to cave and give into cravings, i.e. this will ruin the diet. Secondly in this diet you are actually able to eat food. I would not be able to live of a purely liquid diet. I will document each day by keeping a video diary each day! Stay tuned to tomorrow first video diary!
